The website https://www.ilgiardinosospeso.it (hereinafter also referred to as the “Website”) is created and managed by Il Giardino Sospeso di A.R.D.E.A. Soc. COOP a rl, with registered office at Via Montebello, 118, 57126 Livorno, VAT number 00809000490; operational headquarters at Loc Il Giardino, 56046 Riparbella (PI) (hereinafter also referred to as “Il Giardino Sospeso”).

In this document (the “Conditions”), the term “visitors” (also “Users”) refers to any person accessing and/or using the Website, with or without the authorization of Il Giardino Sospeso, whether or not they are registered.

The User is responsible for safeguarding their credentials and use of their Account. Any unauthorized use must be promptly reported to Il Giardino Sospeso.

Il Giardino Sospeso may modify the Website, its content, and these Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the Website and will be considered accepted upon the User’s next access.

  1. Online Ticket Purchase and Withdrawal Management

Tickets for the activities offered by Il Giardino Sospeso can be purchased online through the Website. Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to service contracts related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. Therefore, purchased tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the purchase terms.

However, Il Giardino Sospeso, at its sole discretion and based on availability, may consider rescheduling the reservation or granting a refund in cases of documented impediments (e.g., health reasons, adverse weather conditions). Requests must be submitted via email to info@ilgiardinosospeso.it within 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
